Welcome to the Colonial Pine Hills Sanitary District. We provide water to the Whispering Pines and Countryside South housing developments along with a few homes not specifically within those areas. If you a moving into our District please call (605) 348-3113 to set up service. We will require name, address, phone number, and email address, if any.
We will also require a $78.00 meter deposit for a 3/4 inch meter. A deposit of $135.00 is required if your home has a one inch meter. This deposit will be returned to you when you move away from the District. This deposit can not be waived.
